Thief loses his walking ability after he was caught and stripped off his charms in Surulere (Photos/Video)

A thief was caught today trying to steal a car on Ogunsanya Street, Surulere, Lagos.


According to the report, he was stripped of all his 'charms' which then rendered him immobile.
