Mob descend on IPOB members that tried to disrupt the governorship election in Anambra
A mob descended on two members of the outlawed secessionist group, IPOB, who attempted to disrupt the governorship election holding at a ward in Nsugbe community in Anambra East local government. Recall that IPOB members ordered their members not to participate in the election since the Federal government had refused to grant them a referendum for the creation of their own country, Biafra.
According to TVC, the two IPOB members were about to attack the election officers when the voters pounced on them. They were later handed over to the police.
